Yoga Retreat in the Columbia Gorge, USA
October 14-17th, 2021
Come explore the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, a stretch of river surrounded by mountains on the border of Oregon and Washington. We will practice yoga and meditation, share meals and have ample time to rest, enjoy each other's company, soak in the on-site baths and hike in nature.
We will have The Society Hotel in Bingen, WA as our home for the long weekend. Accommodations include private queen rooms or bunks. Private cabins for up to 4 people may be available upon special request. Breakfast and lunch is included.
The gorge is also home to world-class kayaking, mountain biking, wind surfing, kite surfing, hiking trails and fishing spots, as well as many orchards and wineries with beautiful views of the mountains.

Northern California Hot Springs & Yoga Retreat

Spend a weekend practicing yoga, meditating and soaking in the mineral waters at Orr Hot Springs, a peaceful, quiet retreat center in the Mendocino Costal Range. Orr is located between the towns Ukiah and Mendocino. It is about a two and a half hour drive from the Bay Area.
I will offer guided yoga and meditation sessions throughout the weekend, beginning Friday evening and ending Sunday morning. There will be ample free time to enjoy the waters and the calming nature at Orr. Massage is available upon request.

Orr does not offer group meals. We will have our own large private kitchen and food storage space for the weekend.
